The Contract drawings are a diagrammatic or pictorial description of the construction to be furnished, or copies thereof. The Connexxions team will prepare contract drawings to a scale between 1:1 and 1:100 depending on the scope of the project. These drawings, alongside the Schedule of Works and Bill of Quantities, form an important part of the contract between the customer and the building contractor.
